This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the major attractions in the city. It's just a short walk to places like Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The nearest tram station is also very close by, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was comfortable and well-decorated, with all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast offered a wide selection and catered to individual preferences. a great place to stay for a visit to this vibrant city.

The spa pool could have been a bit warmer in winter, but it was still a pleasant experience.

The staff made every effort to ensure our needs were met and even surprised my husband with a birthday cake and song during breakfast. We had a wonderful time staying in the heart of the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the major sites in the old town, making it easy for us to explore. We loved the boutique-style room and the excellent service provided by the staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the pool with Himalayan salt. it was a great experience.

The air conditioning in our room was a little weak and could have been more effective.

Staying here is a must for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the old town. This place is in the midst of all sights and the area is really nice. The staff, from reception to housekeeping and guest relations, really understand the meaning of customer service and make efforts to make the stay a pleasant experience. The room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe are a nice touch, as is the availability of car hire and laundry services. The spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and turkish bath, is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
